First Section: General Principles
Item 1 Name: The Flexographic Printing Branch of China Printing Technogoly Association
Abbreviation: FTACHINA or CFTA
Item 2 The association is a corporation no profit and it is composed by a lot of corporations which do with scientific research, manufacture, use and education in the flexographic printing industry and some professional people deal with science and technology and management. There are some branchs in the CFTA ,such as corrugated box printing, label printing, plastic printing and so on.
Item 3 Our tenet: We will enhance connect with each other in the part of manufacture, technological process, equipment, standards, education, training, extending, intercourse and scientific research in the flexographic printing industry and we are unlimited by any department and zones. We will share information and enhance cooperation in the industry. In order to develop the flexo printing technogoly and make equipment become modernization, standardization and domestically produced. And we will hold our industry together, vindicate the lawful rights and interests, oppose the unfair competition and lead the industry to expand healthily, persistently and steadyly. We will carry out the course named “Any flower can effloresce and Any people can say.”, develop the science and democracy, advance the innovation in the flexo printing industry and develop the printing industry.
Item 4 Everythings we do are under the constitution, law ,“Statutess of China Printing Technology Association” and statutess of our association.

Second Section: Mission
Item 5 Our Mission

1. Constitute the development programming and policy about the flexographic printing for the government, offer some professional advice and do the statistic in the industry.
2. Contact with the corporations and persons in the flexo printing industry both domestic and abroad widely, organize experts to research new technogoly, new equipment, new material and new technics, and also organize the intercourse about the science and technology.
3. Introduce the experience and production about the flexo printing, lead the flexo printing development to the color gradation printing and spread them into publishing printing industry.
4. Organize the quality competition in the industry, stipulate for the product standard, supply the service like technogoly training and consultation. In order to advance the quality of flexo printing product,we will make great efforts.
5. Hold some exhibition about equipments and technology both here and abroad in the flexo printing industry.(include organizing the abroad visit and exnibition), and advance the cooperation of economy and technogoly in the aspect of scientific research, facture and use.
6. Reflect the opinions and requirement of the flexo printing manufactory and their staffs to the department concerned of the government. Recommend the advanced corporations and persons in? the industry.
7. Strengthen the relationship with trade abroad by our network and also strengthen the intercourse and cooperation about the information, technogoly and the persons with ability. And recommend some excellence product here to attend international printing competition.
8. Edit and publish the journal of our association and information materials about the industry.

Third section: Organization
Item 6 The high authority of the association is the members’ congress of the association. The congress is held every four years and it can be brought forward or delayed if it is necessary.
The association is managed by the council. The council is voted by the congress. There is a board chairman, some deputy board chairmen and a secretary-general in the council. The board chairman and the secretary-general are recommended by Shanghai Research Institute of Printing Technogoly and pre-discussed with China Printing Technology Association. All of them can be reappointment. If a member of the council will leave for some reason, the member’s company can recommend anthor person to hold over the position and ask the council to confirm it. Some senior menbers of the council with high ability and large contribution, who has left the company, can take the position of an honor member of the council by the council.
The position of the board chairman and the positions of the deputy board chairman are concurrent posts, and the position of the secretary-general is a full-time job. The importance decision-making must be put forward by the workgroup of the board chairman and be taken into deliberation by the council.
The secretary-general can build the secretariat by retaining one or two deputy secretary-general. But they must be confirmed by the council. The secretariat is the administrative body of the council and answer for the daily grind of the council.
Item 7 Responsibility of the members’ congress of the association

1. Talk about the guide line of the association and important items, and then decide them.
2. Examination the working paper and the accounting report of the council.
3. Formulate and revise the statutes of the association.
4. Build the new term of the council by vote.
5. Decide all the overtures.
6. The council is the actuator of the members’ congress of the association, when the members’ congress of the association is adjournment. The council is held every years. And it also could be held any time, if it is necessary.

Item 8 The duty of the council

1. Execute the decision of the members’ congress of the association.
2. Formulate and revise the statutes of the association.
3. Decide the position of the board chairman, the deputy board chairmen and the secretary-general.
4. Hold next term of the members’ congress of the association, put in the working paper and some advices to the congress, prepare to the reelection of next council, put in the name list of the candidates of next term congress.
5. Make the working plan of the council, and talk about the work product of this year.

Fourth section: Members
Item 10 The members must be a registered company which deal with manufacture, scientific research and education in flexo printing trade. They must abidance by laws and statutes of the association and take part in our activity voluntarily. And they can file an application and be a group member by register. Basing on the statutes of China Printing Technology Association, they are also the group member of China Printing Technology Association.
Item 11 The person with professional knowledge and experience, who deals with the flexographic industry or falls over oneself for the flexographic industry, can file an application to be the individual member.
Item 12 The person who is famous in the industry and deals with the flexographic printing for a long time and makes great contributions, can be an honour member. The international famous person in the flexographic industry also can be an honour member. The honour member is a permanent member. The person who deals with the flexographic printing in abroad can file an application to be a communication member.
Item 13 If you want to be an individual member, you must file an application by yourself. Then you must be introduced by one of the members and confirmed by the secretariat.
Item 14 Rights of the members

1. Group member can send representatives to take part in the members’ congress of the association.
2. Right to vote, right to be elected and voting power
3. Right to give some advice to the association and right to supervise.
4. Right to take the priority service, information and can ask the association to provide tech support and help for your scientific research.

Item 15 Incumbencies of the members

1. Observe the statutes of China Printing Technology Association and the statutes of our association, stick up for the benefit and honor of the association
2. Take part in our activity in full swing,and finish the task given by the association.
3. Provide the real information to the association.
4. Write some research paper and popular science readings actively, spread the flexographic printing industry.
5. Pay for the membership dues according to the assumpsit betimes.

Item 16 If you want to end the membership ,you should inform us in writing and retrocede your membership card. If a member has not paid for the membership dues for two years with no reason or taken part in the activity of the association, we will consider that he wants to end the membership and we will ask you to give back your membership card.
Item 17 If the member’s behavior goes against the statutes the association seriously, the council could decide to expunge his membership qualification and ask him to give back his membership card.
Fifth section:?? Funds
Item 18 Resource

1. Membership dues of the members. The company of the board chairman should pay 2500 ￥ and the company of the deputy board chairman should pay 2000 ￥ and the company of the member of the council should pay 1500 ￥.The company of the group member should pay 500￥ or 1000￥ or 1500￥ according to his turnover.(every year)
2. The service income of the promotion about the flexographic printing technology which are held by the association.
3. The finance support provided by the group members and others.

Item 19 The use of the funds and intendance

1. The funds comes from the members and will be used to service the members.
2. The funds is managed by a full-time accountant.
3. The use of the funds is under supervising. The account is open to the members, and it is needed to be reported to the council and the members’ congress of the association.

Sixth section: Others
Item 20 The statutes will be actualized when it is approved by the members’ congress of the association.
Item 21 The rights to explain the statutes are belongs to the council.
Item 22 If the statutes needs to be amended, it should be confirmed by the members’ congress of the association.
